I am gratified that so many of my clients have recommended me to their family and friends. It continues to be a privilege to represent injured parties in serious injury and death claims arising out of accidents or negligence. I am writing to remind you to please be alert this joyous but busy Holiday Season.
Generally, there is a long-term downward trend in motor vehicle fatalities, wrong-site surgeries and other types of claims. However, increased traffic on the roadways and in the stores, bad weather and other factors often lead to increased risk of many other types of injury. Unfortunately, along with the delight and anticipation of the holidays, there is usually a spike in motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall injuries this time of year.
In the Judicial Code of Pennsylvania it is stated that “Every person for a legal injury done him in his lands, goods, person or reputation shall have remedy by due course of law, and right and justice administered without sale, denial or delay.” In other words, the law is intended to provide justice (money damages) for people who have been seriously injured due to the fault or negligence of another.
I hope that none of my clients and friends will need me but I stand strong and ready to do a good job fighting to secure justice if called upon. I hope that you will not need me! Please stay alert on the road and wherever you may go.
Wishing you all a safe, healthy and joyous season.
